Sales, Preclinical Imaging Products

ENDRA's Preclinical solutions help medical researchers screen and modify disease models with high quality and speed.

ENDRA has a global installed base of leading institutions using the Nexus-128 system, the only fully 3D imaging solution for imaging anatomy, physiology and labeled molecular targets.

ENDRA is seeking an experienced sales professional to define and execute the sales plan for its preclinical business.  The Preclinical Imaging Sales Representative will develop and manage a team of application specialists  and channel partners.  Initial responsibilities will focus on direct sales of preclinical products.
Qualified candidates will have substantial experience in the areas of:  Selling scientific imaging instruments, commercial strategy, and sales management (indirect and direct sales channel development). The role will initially report to the CEO.
 
Role and Responsibility
  • Responsible for building and driving all commercial programs to achieve ENDRA’s pre-clinical business objectives.
  • Capture, analyze and report key sales activity performance metrics
  • Initially, act as the primary salesperson in the U.S market, identifying, soliciting, negotiating pricing and closing sales of ENDRA’s preclinical system with customers.
  • Develop and execute a marketing plan to support growth of market awareness and achievement of sales goals, including channel partner programs, sales tools and incentives, industry tradeshows, clinical publications, online marketing, customer incentives, and KOL advocacy.
  • Sales operations:  manage deal pipeline, quoting, orders, letters of credit, deal execution, channel partner management and expansion, price management.
  • Provide market-based feedback and competitive analysis for the multi-generational product plan.
 
Education & Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree.  MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of sales quota attainment  in the pre-clinical imaging market.
  • Upstream (strategy, product development) experience is a plus.
  • Track record of successfully launching and growing new medical devices in global markets.
  • Experience working with direct and indirect sales channels in medical devices.
  • Experience building and developing relationships with clinical end-users, as customers, advisors and promoters of medical technology.
  • Track record of delivering on commitments, timelines, budgets and quality metrics.
  • Competence in basic financial analysis.

  • Strategic and tactical skills, with a bias to sales and downstream marketing.  The ability to frame up “where are we going, and why” with execution skills to get us there.

  • Creative solution builder – ENDRA is a small company with limited resources and ENDRA’s markets are not fully developed.

  • Demonstrates clear and thoughtful communication, both written and verbal.  Being multi-lingual is a plus.
  • Ability to travel overnight, nationally and internationally, as role requires.
  • Located in a major metropolitan hub with the flexibility to travel frequently.
